What we collect

When you write to us, join as a member or register for an event, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address and message. When you give, Stripe, PayPal or Cash App processes the payment; we receive a record of the gift and your contact details but not your full card number. Your language choice is saved in your browser so the site opens in the language you picked.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, run our membership and events, send the receipts and updates you asked for, and keep our own records. Membership sign-up emails are kept in the association’s email account. We do not sell or rent personal information.

What is public

Members who pay a monthly membership are listed by name on the Our Team page, and photos from our events appear in our gallery and news. If you would like your name or a photo removed, write to us.

Third parties

This site shows content from Facebook and YouTube and uses Google Forms for event registration. Those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold, or to stop receiving updates, by writing to timurassociation@gmail.com. Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
