So every member of our community can use this site.
Our commitment
We want everyone in our community to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers or keyboards and readers of Dari, which is written right to left. We are working toward meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the widely used accessibility standard.
What we have built in
A skip-to-content link, a menu you can operate with the keyboard, text descriptions for team photos, and a language switcher with a right-to-left layout for Dari.
Known limits
We have not yet had a formal accessibility audit. Some news posts are imported from our Facebook page and may include images without text descriptions or text in Dari or Uzbek in its original script.
